Vaisha reached out to me, wanting a personal photoshoot. It was especially meaningful to her as she had recently lost her beloved grandmother, who had bequeathed her the saree she planned to wear for the shoot. Vaisha also requested that the shoot take place on her birthday. As someone who didn't have a close relationship with my own grandmother, hearing stories like Vaisha's always moves me.
